To manage overall performance, portfolio and operation of Bangkok Agency unit to achieve with goals and annual budget assigned for agency department and overall company.
To manage and develop the portfolio by meeting budgeted financial goals i.e. agent management, production, GPW growth, expense control, etc.
To be responsible for business development and overall performance of all distribution source of Bangkok Agency unit
To be responsible for business planning and strategy formulation of Bangkok Agency unit
To be responsible for campaign marketing and sales activities for Bangkok Agency unit
To formulates and manages the budget process in the matrix environment
To establish and maintain close sales management and marketing relationships with Bangkok agency network.
To identify opportunities for growth and competitive challenges by keeping abreast of developments in Bangkok agency network.
To effectively manages resources, business development efforts and all distribution sources.
To recruit and develop team of agency managers to solicit, train and motivate agents to sell AIG related insurance products and services
To works with agency & branch channel manager to identify new distribution channels and address issues related to channels
To makes sales presentations to producers to gain new businesses, maintains accounts, and cross-sells additional coverage

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Management with Insurance background would be an advantage.
4-5 years of intensive experience in Sales with strong sales management skill
Experience in managing and develop distribution channels
Establish strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as communication skill and be able to work with different levels in the organization
Possess analytical and logical thinking
Good at planning and setting processes
Ability to deliver results under pressure
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Outgoing and pleasant personality
